the attachments we uploaded is stored in the server folders not in database and we are tried to copy the attachments to another data with the help of microflows but we are not able to access the attachments(i.e. docs, pdf, jpg) files. is there anyway to copy the documents to other data other than the attached data. please help

Can you elaborate on why you could not retrieve the attachments? Are you able to retrieve the (inheritance of) filedocument in your microflow? The content is inside the Contents attribute wich is a binary one. You can then do anything with that filedocument. You can download it, use the SFTP module to send it to another system or use it in a webservice (by base64 encoding for instance).
