Image compressing while upload as a image document

Hi, I need to capture and upload image into my application, I used Camera widget to capture image but some how it is not working from me while using application in browser. I found one alternate way to capture and upload image using ImageUploader widget where I got option to capture image while uploading as shown in below screenshot: Now I can able to capture and upload image but it taking to much time while uploading due to size of image so, is there any way that I can compress size of this captured image and then upload ?
