App ID and API Key On-Premise no Team Server using SVN

Hi Forum, How do I find the on-premise App ID and API Key to check the access to Project whilst using an SVN? I check this this link https://docs.mendix.com/howto/collaboration-requirements-management/on-premises-svn-howto however I couldn’t find how to specifically do it. All help is welcome :)
