Hi All Is there a know problem with data loss (0,15% of the rows are not imported) in the Excel Importer from the app store? I’m importing some 160.000 excel rows in one entity but losing around 200 of those rows…. For example: at the end the stats of the excel importer is: created: 159500 Sync: 300 So it gives me a total of 159800 rows taken in to account… But where are the 200 other rows…? Has someone encountered this?

Could be duplicate key. If your Import Action is Synchronize Objects you have to define a key. Duplicate keys are filtered out in that case during import. If so, you can choose 'Create an object for each row'

Hi Max, I do use a key but are the duplicates not the the synced objects?
