Can we create an application that can embed or has text editor capabilities?

Hi All, Can we create an application that can embed or has text editor capabilities?  Also, text editor should support a varied list of special characters, which includes but not limited to: a) Mathematical equations; b) Engineering equations and symbols; c) Musical notes; d) LaTex; e) Line numbers; f) Phonetics symbols for linguistics courses; g) Chinese font; h) Tamil font (Arial Unicode Latha font); i) Statistics symbols; j) Tables; and k) Import and embed fonts, diagrams, pictures, flow charts, engineering diagrams, etc. Regards, Nikhil
