Dear Experts, I am trying to import a list of objects from the excel sheets and i am trying to import those objects to other objects which are in context with associations. I could import objects directly to DB without associating it to the parent object, but I need help in associating the imported object to its parent object.

When defining the Excel import template you have a field Reference to imported object. There you can set the association to the parent record. Did you try that? Otherwise give a screenshot of your current import template (edit your question with the screenshot) so we can take a look.
