Build version visible on webserver

Show MENDIX version of the app in the MODEL screen.
When you have multiple versions of MENDIX installed on your laptop you need to know which version to use when opening an app in the modeler. When you choose the wrong version, I have many versions installed, the app is converted to the newer version. This is not always what you want when working in multiple projects with multiple persons.
So it should be nice if the current version of the app is visable on the screen.
