Do not reset the loglevels of enviroments after a deploy/stop&start

After a deploy or stop/start of the enviroment all the loglevels are reset to info.

It would be nice to keep the settings of the loglevels. So that isn't necessary to set them all manually to the desired loglevel over and over again.

This is possible using the Logging module in the APM tool. It is possible to set the 'Maximum log level':

In the Log module it is possible to set the desired loglevels. After startup these loglevels will be set to the desired level again:

Not just for cloud deployments, but for running from the modeller as well.
