Connect to debugger: make URL a dropdown showing the environments

All of us connect the debugger to an environment lots of times. There you have to copy-paste both URL and password into the URL and password fields.

This idea: make URL a dropdown.

Show 'https://test-environment.mxapps.io/debugger/', ‘https://acceptance-environment.mxapps.io/debugger/’

Even better would be to add the environments as separate radiobuttons under  “O A local app, for example when running from Eclipse”
