List view controls with icons and role based dafault

Hello,

I realy like this widget, but there are two things i am missing:

1. to have an icon as caption (like buttons)
2. to have the option to set “Selcet by dedault” based on user roles (like visibility)

It would be awesome to see these features in the next update release.
