How to get documentation of a project in Mendix

First of all write a descriptive documentation  in the documentation field of an Entity,attribute,page,Microflow etc. what ever thing you want to cover in documentation.Once everything is being done the go to project Explorer within the modeler and within the project right click on the project module and select option “Export documentation” which will export a pre-framed documentation of the complete project.
