As a Company Admin I would like to request API ID + key that would be used by backend services and would be related to the system accounts rather then to a person-specific accounts. There hsould be however some audrit trail to see who has access to what ID.
Situation – you need to implement a directory synchronisation service that would update the TeamServer accounts based on information shaved in the Corporate Addresbook(Some ActiveDirectory). This service should run over many years and therefore some long-term access key (not specific to a persion) would be useful.
There should be some max expiration like 1 year. After that the ID has to be renewd. Also the “key part” should be available upon request by an authorized user and retrieving of the key should be logged and there should be some overview who has downloaded what key and how longs is valid.
