Update the Update Message

Currently on the worlds slowest internet (1.4mbps).

Been looking at this screen for 15minutes.

Would it be possible to find how large the changes are, and what % is already downloaded, with estimated time?

And a cancel button would also be nice.

Im not sure if there are any other things that are missing, but it seems like this screen was never user tested with slow internet speeds
