Collapse and expand all in module role select

When having to select a module role for a user role, you often know for which specific module you want to add or remove a module role. Because the “Select module roles” screen automatically expands all modules, it would be handy to add buttons at the top of the screen to collapse (and expand) them all.

This could be implemented the same was as in the project explorer.
