Tab Container Properties - Name & Caption should be switched

When double-clicking on a tab, the ‘Edit Tab Page’ pops up.  When this pops up, I tend to just start typing the name I want the tab to show i.e. ‘The caption’. However, the first thing it changes is the name and it’s not very common that I change the actual name of the tab page. 

Therefore I think these should be switched! So you double click, start typing (editing the caption) and then hit enter. Job done :)
