Widgets that contained within containers or other elements that are conditionally hidden should be destroyed when toggled hidden
Example:
Page has context object of a configuration
Configuration object has a bool used for conditional visibility
There is a toggle button for the boolean
The attribute is used to reveal a refreshing/non refreshing datagrid
Toggling to refreshing version and then back reveals that the ajax requests are continually made, even though the widget is not visible
