Hi,
Right now platform has the option that is called “Restrict Access for Incoming Requests”. This allows you to set IPs or IP ranges that can access your App. However, you can’t restrict one or more particular IPs and/or IP ranges. It would be great if this is added soon in the platform.

Similar requirements here: after asking for the access logs we noticed there are a couple of IPs crawling our app and at least one of them is known in the https://www.abuseipdb.com/ database.
We currently have no way of black listing that IP. That would really be an interesting addition.
