JavaAction Learning Path

It would be great to have a JavaAction learning path. Java actions are an awesome feature that need to be used from time to time. Unfortunately, it can be hard getting started with it. The documentation is only explaining how to set up a java action and the runtime api description is only helpfull if you already know what to do. A learning path that is explaining the first steps and that explains the most important classes, methods and interfaces would be great.
